1. One account, one person
A ManaVerse account belongs to one person. You may not sell, lend, share or transfer your account, and you may not let another person use it. Accounts are bound to the devices they sign in from.
2. Device limit and account suspension
An account may be used on at most three (3) different devices within any thirty (30) day period. Exceeding this limit is treated as account sharing and results in permanent suspension without refund. Reinstalling the app on the same device does not count as a new device; using the account on somebody else's phone does.
3. Solutions are licensed, not sold
Buying or renting a solution (agent, MCP server, plugin, skill pack or install recipe) grants YOU a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices through your own account. It does not grant the right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or share the package, its files or its contents.
4. No circumvention
You may not remove, disable, bypass or attempt to bypass any licence check, ownership check, signature verification, attestation, rate limit or device limit. Modifying a licence file, forging a signature, or extracting a package to run it outside the account that licensed it is a material breach and results in immediate suspension and a permanent ban from publishing.
5. Rentals and expiry
Rented solutions stop working when the rental period ends. Files may be removed from your device after a short grace period. Renewing restores access. Paid rentals can be moved between your own devices subject to a cooldown, but never to another person's device.
6. Publishing
You may publish only content you have the right to distribute. Malicious packages, credential stealers, hidden network activity, spam, adult content, and anything that violates the law are prohibited and are removed. Published packages may be reviewed. Repeated violations end your publishing rights.
7. Payments and refunds
Prices are set by publishers. The platform takes a commission, shown before purchase. Because a purchased solution is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise or the package is demonstrably broken. Withdrawals are subject to the stated minimum.
8. Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of what you publish. You grant ManaVerse the licence needed to store it and deliver it to buyers. We store your email address, a device fingerprint and licence records to operate the marketplace. We do not sell your data. Solution packages are encrypted and delivered only to the device that licensed them.
9. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaks these rules, revoke licences obtained through abuse, and refuse future access. Where money is involved, suspension for abuse forfeits remaining balances obtained through that abuse.
10. Changes, and what your acceptance covers
These terms are published on the ManaVerse website and the app always reads the LIVE version from there — never a copy bundled inside the app. That means every account, on every version of the app, is bound by the same current text.
By accepting, you agree to these terms AS THEY ARE NOW and AS THEY MAY BECOME. You accept future published versions in advance, and you are obliged to review the terms periodically — at least once every thirty (30) days — by opening https://byaitoai.com/terms. Your continued use of ManaVerse after a new version is published is your acceptance of it, whether or not you opened it. If you do not accept a new version, you must stop using the account.
